This emancipation process involves:
SELF-KNOWLEDGE. An empowered woman is one who has managed to get to know herself, who has found herself. She is a woman who has undergone the process of identifying and breaking down her internal barriers and has connected with her true essence.
TRUST. The female empowerment involves developing confidence in your own abilities, so work on your self – esteem is fundamental.
INDEPENDENCE. It refers to the capacity of economic resources you have and your level of independence. A woman can never be in control of her own life if she is financially dependent on a man.
POWER. Power is at the center of women ‘s empowerment. This can be seen when a woman has the possibility and ability to decide, handle situations and face obstacles with dignity, they are autonomous in their actions and have an impact on their environment or on other people.
